How to wash?
Remember to use a gentle, delicate cycle for the wash phase, and a low-heat cycle for drying (or dry flat outdoors for best results).
For the waterproof liner, we recommend just wiping with a cloth, as washing this will remove it's effectiveness.

Due to the nature of how these beds are packed, we unfortunately do not allow returns & exchanges for this item once the vacuum seal has been broken.
All beds still in their original seal are valid to be returned given it has been less than 30 days since delivery.

This bed features removable covers on both the inner mattress & and the rims.
For Washing:
Simply un-zip the covers and place into the wash on a gentle cycle.
For Drying:
Place into covers into the dryer on a low-heat setting, or air dry for best results.
Note: The foam filling is not washable & does not need to be washed.

Our exterior breathable netting is made to keep your dog comfortable year round.
It also features a waterproof liner on the inner mattress to protect from any accidents.
The rims are made from our super supportive orthopaedic latex foam.
The inner mattress features 8cm of memory foam and 2cm of our brand new cooling gel.
How do I pick the right size?

We recommend taking some time to measure your dog to pick their size accurately.
We know it can be tricky unless you're the local dog whisperer, but give our size recommender a go for a bit of help if measuring becomes too tricky.
As a rule of thumb, the regular size is best for dogs under 15kg & the jumbo size is better for dogs over 15kg.

Not at all - We've incorporated our world first cooling gel technology. This helps regulate your dogs temperature to ensure they don't get too hot while resting.
When it gets to the colder months, simply flip the mattress over & you're good to go.
