30-Day Returns, No Sweat

No matter the breed, no matter the pet, we have a snuggly plush bed, perfect for your best friend.

All Brooklyn® beds come with 30-day returns, meaning if you accidentally pick the wrong size, or decide it's not quite right you, it's no problem.

On arrival, we encourage you to rip open the packaging and fluff up your brand new Brooklyn bed. Inspect it, feel the softness (wish you had a 'human one' for yourself) before deciding yay or nay. The only thing we kindly ask is that you do not let your dog use the bed while deciding.

Our Calming Couch Pet Bed comes with a removable cover, making washing easy. Chuck it on a gentle wash cycle, dry, and you're good to go again.

No worries at all. It happens to the best of us. Contact our customer care team once your order arrives and we can help exchange it the size.

Just remember to not let your dog use the bed, as used beds cannot be exchanged. You’ll be able to get a good feel for the size once the bed is opened up.

Most definintely - although we really believe your dog will love this bed, we do offer 30-day returns.

The only thing we ask, as per our returns policy, is that you do not let your dog use the bed before deciding whether to keep or return the parcel. This is due to hygiene and the inability to send a used returned bed to another dog (especially considering their sensitive noses). Sound fair?

At the Brooklyn, we take premium pet products very seriously. Our couch beds are made of our famous ultra plush faux fur for your pets ultimate comfort, with a removable cover making washing a breeze.

We also pride ourselves on the level of care and months of thought that create features best suited for Kiwi pets.

We recommend taking some time to measure your dog to pick their size accurately. We know it can be tricky unless you're the local dog whisperer, but give our size recommender a go for a but of help if measuring becomes too tricky.
