You may be wondering how to get your Brooklyn® looking like it does in all our photo's and reviews...
To help, we've made a super quick video which will get your Brooklyn Paw-Ready in no time.
We recommend inspecting the bed and doing a once over, to make sure you're super happy before letting your pet launch into it.
A friendly reminder that due to hygiene, once your pet uses the bed, it can't be returned.
If something isn't looking quite right, fire us an email and we'll get it sorted in a jiffy.
If possible, try keep those excited paws away for just a little bit.
Sometimes the bed can take 24 hours to fully expand after being vacuum packed for transport.
If all is looking okay (or once it is looking okay), let your pet loose, because it's snoozing time.
When washing, we recommend washing one bed at a time, and putting it on a delicate, low-spin wash cycle.
Normal household detergent will work a treat, and be sure to remove it from the machine ASAP to prevent the super plush faux-fur from matting.
