All orders ship from our Auckland warehouse.

NZ Post are advising of some delays for North Island addresses (non-Auckland) of up to 5 working days.

 

Auckland Orders
We recently moved all of our Auckland deliveries from New Zealand Post (CourierPost) to NZ Couriers. This means we can now ship across Auckland in 1-2 days, and across the rest of the country in 1-4 days as normal. This also means you will NOT be affected by NZ Post's slow delays at the moment.

Click and Collect
To provide you as many options as we can, we're also offering click and collect on all orders, to get your hands on your parcel even quicker.

Non Auckland Orders
For non-Auckland orders, we are continuing to use NZ Post's courier service for now. We pay for overnight shipping on all North Island orders, and 2-day shipping on South Island orders. NZ Post are advising of some delays, which can be viewed on their website.
