In the event you'd like to make a cancellation, please reach out to our team as soon as possible. Please note, orders which have been shipped with a tracking number, cannot be cancelled.

We source our items internationally and locally, depending on the product. However, all the printing, designing, and creating of name prints are made in the sunny Campbell's Bay of Auckland’s North Shore.

We offer free courier and tracked shipping on all orders over NZD$30.

Most definitely, we do ship internationally especially to our mates over the Tasman (Australia).

Our pet beds ship free, while the bowls do incur a small charge due to the weight of the item.

Yes, we do! We're happy to announce that our Aussie doggos, cats, and rabbit friends have access to our full range of products. Our famous dog beds ship FREE and tracked while our personalised pet bowls incur a small AUD$7 charge for untracked shipping.

If you live in an Auckland area, and prefer to use a free pick up option instead, we're all ears. Pick up is free of charge and we will send you an email when your order is ready. (Unfortunately, this service is unavailable for Australia)

Same day delivery is only available for some Auckland areas. At checkout you will have the option to select same day delivery. If available, we will prioritise your order and hand deliver it ourselves as quickly as we can. (Unfortunately, this service is unavailable for Australia)

Most definitely. However for longevity, we do recommend hand washing the bowls with care.
